Nest Guardians’ mission is to keep our students safe during their time in the UK while continuously improving the quality of our services and standards as we grow. We are committed to safeguarding student welfare, carrying out rigorous checks on everyone who works with us, and expecting all staff and volunteers to share this responsibility.
At Nest Guardians, we have a clear Child Protection strategy and strive to “do what others do, but do it better.” We understand the importance of ensuring children feel safe, happy, and comfortable, and we only select host families we would be confident to send our own children to.
All Nest Guardians employees and host families complete safeguarding training, and drivers are also offered safeguarding awareness courses.
We are proud to provide additional support through our Mental Health Support plan and Emergency Chaperone service, further enhancing the care and protection available to our students.
